Return Policy Adjustments

To return the products you bought online, please contact us on info@kimsecrets.com within a maximum seven (7) day period from receiving the order, a customer service agent will assist you with your request. Returns are not applicable for products bought on promotions or sale items. Returns requests for opened or used products will not be accepted.

Returned items should be unused and with all Kim Secrets tags still attached and in the same condition as received, in their original box and sealed packaging.

Return of damaged products is limited to only manufacturing defects and not applicable in case of misuse or failure to follow care instructions.

Refund by credit/debit card directly on the Website.

When the products have been returned by courier to the warehouse, received, and accepted, Kim Secrets will process the refund by crediting the same amount in the credit/debit card used (excluding shipping, courier, and customs fees) when the order was placed. Please note that refunds can take up to seven (7) to ten (10) business days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.

If you received a product as a gift and wish to return it, please contact our at info@kimsecrets.com who will be happy to assist you in your request. All products must be unused and with all Kim Secrets tags still attached and in the same condition as received, in their original box and packaging, with the original invoice within fourteen (14) days of the date of your order.
